Helpful & friendly. I needed keys cut for my older pickup truck. I bought blanks online since they are hard to find, and I just needed them cut. I went to Ace & they wouldn't help me. Saylor was happy to help me out. They have earned my future business.

I highly recommend this business! We came here looking to buy a deadbolt with a thumbturn and get it rekeyed to fit our current key. After describing what we wanted, they suggested that we could accomplish this by just getting another key cut and using it as the thumbturn instead of spending additional money. We ended up walking out for only $2.50, instead of what could have easily been around $60 had they just chosen not to be helpful. I cannot remember the last time a business was more interested in helping me than making an extra buck. If I ever need keys cut, keyless locks, deadbolts, auxillary locks, padlocks, decorative locks, re-keying of locks, a safe or keys for a car, motorcycle, boat, RV or keyless entry for the same, I am coming here first!

I wish I would’ve gotten the mans name that helped me. I went in to get my second car key cut and he did it quickly and made my key perfect. I didn’t know how to program the new key to my car so he followed me out and taught me how to do it! No extra charge for programming and half the price to get my key cut here than any other places around !
